“For it is in giving that we receive.  It is in pardoning that we are pardoned and it is in dying that we are borne to eternal life.”      – St. Francis of Assisi

As sisters and brothers of Christ, we are called to be servant leaders. We thank God every day for all the many gifts we have received and do as Jesus taught us to care for one another. Thank you for sharing your prayers, your talents and financial support.

Your gifts build up the Church in Northwest Indiana. These funds are kept in perpetuity with biannual distributions to the beneficiary ministries.

“Because of endowed money kept in the Catholic Foundation, Andrean (High School) students will be served for years to come in meaningful ways to make a Catholic education more affordable. So often, a financial gift only has as much impact as a single transaction; with the Catholic Foundation, money is able to grow well beyond that initial investment to serve Andrean students well into the future.” – Jaycob Knazur, Principal Andrean High School

“At Bishop Noll Institute, we work hard to provide an affordable, Christ-centered education for every student who seeks it. The support of the Catholic Foundation of Northwest Indiana through the Bishop Dale J. Melczek Scholarship and the Diocese of Gary Scholarship helps us in our commitment to making a Bishop Noll education accessible to all families.” – Mary Ellen O’Neill, Director of Advancement Bishop Noll Institute

“Catholic Charities would like to say a special thank you to the Catholic Foundation for Northwest Indiana for their partnership. Today, we are committed to restoring hope, dignity, and a sense of security. Our Community Outreach, Food Pantry, Women’s Care Center, Immigration Services, Affordable Housing, and Financial Workshops programs provide help, create hope, and serve all in Northwest Indiana, regardless of religious or ethnic backgrounds. Without partnerships like the one with Catholic Foundation for Northwest Indiana, the social service work Catholic Charities provides would not be possible. Thank you!” – Esther Miller, Development Manager, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Gary
